I have more hard science experience than even most technical writers. This includes classes and lab experience in chemistry, physics, biology, genetics, and immuno-oncology.
I'm also an SOP (Standard Operating procedure) expert and have done quality control in biotech manufacturing. I know well GMP (good manufacturing processes), ISO 9000, and FDA regulated environments.
