SOPs for both policy and process, instruction sets, wikis

I did a project for Ripple revamping some of their neglected wiki pages for programmers. Many of the pages seemed like a messy afterthought; they were as unclear as rambling, stream-of-consciousness notes. 

I introduced clear, easily recognizable and most importantly consistent "visual characters" for the user gates. Notice other subtle graphic elements that cue users like heavier-weighted transaction arrows for larger transfers. 

Consistency can also add a pleasing, sublime visual element.

While working for in vitro medical device manufacturer Nanomix, I had the opportunity to author and get approved to ISO 9000 standards many SOPS. 

These were policy-level, regulated instruction documents for laboratory manufacturing procedures that had to also stand up to FDA scrutiny and auditing.
